Gary Allen Ledbetter, 64, of Hamptonville, N.C., passed away on Friday, December 13, 2019, at his home. He was born July 31, 1955, in Charlotte, N.C., to Sadie Pennington Ledbetter and the late Johnny Ledbetter.

In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by a sister, Deborah Sevacko. He worked for Mooresville Glass before his retirement. Gary loved to laugh and joke around with everyone. He had a huge heart and was willing to help anyone in need. He enjoyed fishing in his spare time. Gary loved his family.

In addition to his mother, Sadie Ledbetter, he is survived by his wife, Elizabeth A. Wallace; daughters, Shaney Ledbetter and Nichola Ledbetter; brothers, Johnny and Donald Ledbetter; sister, Teresa Ledbetter Gibson; grandchildren, Annah Ragland (Cole Talbert), A’Leah Ledbetter and Tony McDowell; and great-grandchildren, Maycie and Alisha Talbert.

No services are planned at this time.
