Nancy Gale Giesler Snider, 78, of Statesville, N.C., died Sunday, November 3, 2019, at Maple Leaf Health Care.

She was born on August 3, 1941, in Minnesota to the late Warren Giesler and Gala Ann Wagner Giesler. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Snider, with whom she had shared 51 years before his death.

Nancy enjoyed attending church at South River Baptist Church and loved her Lord and Savior. She loved cooking and canning, shopping, and animals. She had a great love for her family.

Survivors include two sons, Robert Snider and his wife Teresa, and Tim Snider and his wife Delta, all of Statesville; two daughters; Kathie McReynolds and her husband Steven of Anchorage, Alaska, and Terrie Levine of Jacksonville, Fla.; a daughter-in-law; Mary Burns Snider, numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and four siblings.

A Memorial Service will be held Friday, November 8, 2019, at 2 p.m. at South River Baptist Church with

Dr. Chris Thompson officiating. The family will visit with friends from 1 to 2 p.m. prior to the service.
