Cecelia “Cindy” Grace Givens Bullin Wehrle, 56, of Statesville, N.C., passed away August 21, 2020, at her home.

She was born April 22, 1964 in Iredell County, N.C., and was the daughter of the late Robert Aaron Givens and Wilma White Givens.

Cindy was a an animal lover, outgoing and kind. She loved her family, especially her grandchildren.

Left to cherish her memory are her son, Matthew Bullin; grandchildren, Braiden Bullin and Shalynn Bullin; brother, Timothy Givens; and numerous other loving family and friends.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
