Mrs. Cecile Snow Howard, 95, of Statesville, N.C., passed away on Saturday, November 21, 2020, at The Gardens of Statesville.

Mrs. Howard was born April 18, 1925, in Surry County, N.C., and was the daughter of the late Winfield Snow and Elma Moser Snow. She was a graduate of Union Grove High School and Drones Business College in Winston-Salem, N.C. In August of 1946, she married the late William Hal Howard, who passed away April 27, 2017. She was a member of Fairview Baptist Church and was a retired secretary from Uniglass Industries.

She is survived by two sons, Mike Howard (Trudy) of Harmony and Brad Howard (Jackie) of Yadkinville; four grandchildren, Brian Howard (Amy), Adam Howard (Marissa), Chase Howard, and Rebekah Howard; and four great grandchildren, Karlie, Will, Everett and Davis Howard.

Graveside funeral services will be held 11 a.m. on Saturday, November 28, 2020, at Zion Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Scott Eanes officiating.
