Mrs. Rosalie Sharpe Johnson, 84, was born in Tarboro, N.C., on July 22, 1935, and was the daughter of the late Columbus Sharp and Mary Pratt Sharp. She peacefully entered into eternal rest on Thursday, March 5, 2020, at Brian Center of Hickory, N.C., following an extended illness.

She was united in marriage to James W. Johnson, who preceded her in death.

Celebration of Life Services will be conducted Saturday, March 14, 2020, at 11:30 a.m. at Morningstar First Baptist Church. Reverend David E. Roberts II, Pastor, will officiate. Members of the family will receive friends at the church from 11 until 11:30 a.m., but will assemble at her residence, 1850 20th Drive, NE, Hickory, at other times.
