Sandra “Sandy” Kay Cadle, 68, of Lincolnton, N.C., passed away on Tuesday, June 30, 2020, at CaroMont Regional Medical Center in Gastonia. Sandy was born in Welch County, W.Va., to the late Lillian Adkins. Sandy’s family was her life.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Owens J. Cadle; and son, John Carter.

Sandy is survived by her children, Charity Cadle and Michael Carter (Misty); step-children, Michael Cadle (Denise), Kimberly Cadle (John) and Mark Cadle. Mrs. Cadle is also survived by her brother John Wiley. In addition to her children and step-children, she is survived by her grandchildren, Jon Carter, Skyler Lupardus, Sara Carter and Elizabeth Carter; and great-grandchildren, Marshall Carter and McKenna Carter.

The family will be having a celebration of life at a later date.
