Alice Berneice Raynor Carlisle, 94, of Mooresville, N.C., passed away on Saturday, September 18, 2021, at the S. Mitchell Mack Hospice House in Mooresville. She was born on October 20, 1926, in Franklinton, N.C., to the late Albert and Alice Tart Raynor.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George W. Carlisle; and one step-grandson, Todd Allen.

She is survived by her daughters, Brenda Porter (Gary), Vicky Swicegood (Ken), and Judy Roberts (Keith); step-daughter, Jeanette Allen; seven grandchildren; two step-grandchildren, and seventeen great grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, September 21, at Erwin Memorial Park, Erwin, N.C., with Rev. Jerome Pope officiating.
