Brenda Faye Revels Duncan, 76, passed away Monday, April 19, 2021, at her home after an extended illness. She was born December 19, 1944, in Alexander County, N.C., to the Late Marshall Revels and Ruby Revels.

Brenda worked in manufacturing and was of the Baptist faith.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Mark McCain Duncan, and sister, Wanda Mitchell.

Brenda is survived by one daughter, Robin Revels Duncan of Statesville; brother William Revels and wife Danita of Stony Point; three grandchildren, Bobby Lee McCain Minton, Ashley Renee Minton, and Cody Arron Holsclaw; three great grandchildren, Brandi Lee Nicole Anderson, Draven Lee Scott Anderson, and Aivilhona Renee Grace Anderson; and several nieces and nephews.
