Donna Lynn Younger Stull, 59, of Statesville, N.C., died Tuesday, July 6, 2021. She was born in Iredell County, N.C., on July 25, 1961, to the late Larry Joe Younger and Melinda Sherrill Younger.

Donna’s spirit of giving and kindness were infectious. She had a gift for loving others and a heart of compassion for those in need. Donna’s love was indiscriminate despite your walk of life. She was willing to meet you where you were and love you there. Serving was Donna’s calling and she fulfilled that calling in her life. Donna enjoyed being with her family the most, especially when they were all there together. She enjoyed traveling to the beach and mountains, especially St. Augustine, Fla. Donna had a green thumb and loved spending time in her garden, she was especially proud of her roses.

You may have seen Donna working in the Pink Tea Room Iredell Hospital; she used that as an opportunity to love people. Her presence always provided people with comfort and love, even if she didn’t know them.

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband of 32 years, Cliff Stull; two sons, Wesley Younger (Kristen) and Joshua Stull; a daughter, Mindy Grassel (Daniel); a grandson, Waylon Younger; a brother, Jody Younger; and a sister, Rhonda Keever (Chris).

A Funeral Service will be held at Christ Church on Saturday, July 10, 2021, at 1 p.m. with Pastor Chip McGee officiating. The family will visit with friends and family following the service.
