Edward “Ed” Joseph Price Jr., 74, of Mooresville, N.C., passed away on Saturday, August 28, 2021, at Atrium-Cabarrus Hospital in Concord, N.C.
Born October 8, 1946, in Brooklyn, N.Y., he was a son of the late Edward J. Price and Josephine Cuiffo Price. Mr. Price retired as vice president in the banking industry with over 26 years of service. He was also a U.S. Army veteran. Mr. Price owned and operated a Hobby Shop in New York for many years. His passion was model trains. He was on the Beautification Committee for the Town of Mooresville. Mr. Price loved coffee and Oreos.
He is survived by his wife, Angelica “Angela” Pinela Price; children, Charlene Rodriguez (Maurice) and Christopher Price, all of Mooresville; brothers, Martin, Robert and John Price; grandchildren, Nicholas, Luis and Sophia Rodriguez; and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m.. on Wednesday, September 1, 2021, at Cavin-Cook Funeral Home, Mooresville, with a prayer service at 7 p.m.
