John Franklin Donnelly Jr., 73, of Statesville, N.C., passed away on Wednesday, December 29, 2021, at Davis Regional Medical Center. Born on August 11, 1948, he was the son of the late John Franklin Donnelly Sr. and Irene Gamble Donnelly.
