John Kardos Jr., 76, passed away on Friday, January 29, 2021, at his home in Mooresville, N.C.

John leaves his loving wife, Joyce Kardos; son Steven Kardos; and grandchildren Stephen, Cassie, Victoria and Brittany; great grandchildren Wyatt and Ivar; brother Eddie Ray; and sister Pat Rodgers.

John was preceded in death by daughter Angela Hughes and son John Robert Kardos.

A visitation will be held on Friday, February 5, 2021, from 1 to 2 p.m. at Park Avenue United Methodist Church. A funeral service will follow at 2 p.m. at the church officiated by Pastor Mark McRacken, with a graveside service to follow at Glenwood Memorial Park.
