Joycelyn Anna Fitzgerald Collet, 83, of Statesville, N.C., passed away Monday, July 12, 2021, at her residence. Born in Jenks, Okla., she was the daughter of the Jack Fitzgerald and Anna Woodworth Fitzgerald.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, John Anthony Collet Sr., who passed away June 9, 2020, and her son, John Anthony Collet Jr., who passed away on June 15, 2019.
Mrs. Collet was a homemaker and a member of New Hope Baptist Church.
Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Kathy Todd, Debra Collet Higgins and Connie Jean Browder; sixteen grandchildren; twenty-six great-grandchildren; and one brother, Carl Fitzgerald.
