Junior Henry Roberson, 76, of Troutman, N.C., passed away on Tuesday, September 28, 2021, at his residence.

He was born on February 5, 1945, in Ruddle, W.Va., to the late Henry and Pauline Kimble Roberson. Mr. Roberson was retired from GM in Lordstown, Ohio, UAW Local 1112, after 36 years. He volunteered and helped at Ruddle Park and served on the Board of Directors for many years. He was a member of Ruddle Presbyterian Church in Ruddle, W.Va. Junior enjoyed fishing and boating on Lake Erie, hunting, shooting, going to gun shows, and classic cars. He loved his family and his dogs.

He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Barbara Kimble Roberson; daughter, Sonya Doutt and husband Ron; sister, Linda Mae Mallow and husband Danny; grandchildren, Megan Bondreaux and husband Shawn, and Ryan Doutt; and nephews, Brandon Mallow and wife Katherine and Justin Mallow and wife Kendra.

No services will be held at this time.
