Mr. Nathan Raynard Chambers, 59, of Mt. Pleasant, N.C., passed away at Atrium Health in Concord, N.C., on Sunday, June 6, 2021, following an extended illness. He was born in Iredell County, N.C., on February 19, 1962, and was the son of Elmore Chambers and Lola Ann Lawrence Chambers.

He was married to Mary Ann Powell Chambers, who survives.

Celebration of Life Services will be conducted Friday, June 18, 2021, at 1 p.m. at Rutledge and Bigham Funeral Home, 603 South Center Street, Statesville, N.C., and Elder Roger Powell will officiate.

Members of the family will receive friends from 12:30 until 1 p.m. prior to the service, but will assemble at the residence of Teresa Banks, 108 Downing Street, Troutman, N.C., at other times.

Rutledge and Bigham Funeral Home is serving the family.
