Patricia S. Pendleton, 66, died unexpectedly on December 19, 2021, at Iredell Memorial Hospital. She was born on September 23, 1955, in Iredell County, N.C., the daughter of the late Earl W. Sherrill Jr. and Inge Paus Sherrill.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her son, Randy N. Jones.

Surviving, in addition to her mother, are daughters, Tiffany D. Jones of Statesville and Brandy M. Jones of Statesville; son, Bradley S. Jones (Rebecca) of Statesville; five grandchildren, Courtney Carson, Jordan Jones, Riley Keene, Zoey Jones, and Adian Keene; three great-grandchildren, Abel Carson, Addy Carson, and Waylon Carson; one brother, David Sherrill (Louann) of Statesville; four nieces, Chassity Shumaker, Heather Sherrill, Destiny Spears, and Elyssa Priddy; one nephew; Heath Sherrill; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Bunch-Johnson Funeral Home will be assisting the family with a visitation on Monday, December 27, 2021, from 6 to 8 p.m. for friends and family. A service of remembrance will be held on Tuesday, December 28, 2021, at Bunch-Johnson Funeral Home at 1 pm with burial to follow at 3 p.m. at Iredell Memorial Gardens.
