Margaret “Peggy” Kistler Hobbs, 81, of Mooresville, N.C., passed away on Wednesday, November 10, 2021, at Lake Norman Regional Medical Center. She was born on June 15, 1940, in Mooresville to the late Roderick Mack Kistler and Julia Bell Nantz.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded by in death by a son, Mark Wiles; sisters, Shirley Long and Becky Church; and brothers, Roderick, Boyce and Bill Kistler.

Peggy enjoyed dancing, especially shag dancing and line dancing. She loved being at the beach and especially loved her furry friend, Kara.

Peggy is survived by siblings, Larry Kistler, Hubert Kistler and Brenda Leazer.
