Porsha Nicole Macri, 25, of Stony Point, N.C., passed away suddenly on July 14 2021, at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. She was born December 10, 1995, in Woodbridge, Va., to the late Keith Allen Macri, Misty Lou Ferguson of Stony Point and stepfather Peter Daniel Ferguson of Lenoir. Porsha was of the Church of God faith.
In addition to her father, she was preceded by a special cousin, Jonathan Tyler Litton.
In addition to her mother, she was survived by a son, Jayce Gordon Campbell; a daughter, Jazlynn Jade Campbell; and a brother, Peter Daniel Ferguson Jr., all of the home; a sister, Mercedes Renee Ferguson and fiancé Brandon Triplett of Lenoir; paternal grandparents, Arthur Ferguson and Wanda Williams; maternal grandparents, Melvin Stephens Sr. and Janie Stephens; three aunts, Stephanie Norton, Tina Stephens, Taylor Overton and husband Denny; four uncles, Randy Sprinkle, Melvin Stephens Jr., Bobby Stephens and Richard Ferguson; and a number of special cousins, nieces, nephews and many loved ones and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be conducted at 4 p.m. on Sunday, July 18, 2021, at Chapman Funeral Home. The Family will receive friends prior to the service at Chapman Funeral Home from 2 to 4 p.m. Pastor Neil Bowen will officiate.
