Robert Gerald Earley, 57, of Statesville, N.C., died Saturday, August 21, 2021. He was born in Burke County, N.C., to the late Fred Earley and Kitty Abernathy Earley. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Reuben Earley.

Robert was a graduate of East Burke High School. He had worked for Wm. F. Burnett, was of the Baptist faith and loved to fish.

Survivors include his sister, Regina Mullins and her husband Charles of Salisbury; and a nephew, Shane Heavner of Burnsville, N.C.
