Thomas Edward Gray, 57, of Troutman, N.C., passed away on Wednesday, April 7, 2021, at his residence. He was born on April 17, 1963, in Dayton, Ohio, to Phyllis Martin Gray and the late James Ira Gray.

Tom enjoyed his career in computer graphics. His one true love was music, especially playing music on his guitar. He was well known and loved by his AA community and passionate about recovery.

In addition to his mother, Phyllis, he is survived by his daughters, Jessie Gray and Selena Gray; brother, Jim Gray (Sandy); and sister, Julie Maynard (Sam).

A Celebration of Tom’s life will be held on Wednesday, April 14, from 6 to 8 p.m. with a time of reflection at 8 p.m. at Heritage House of Cavin-Cook Funeral Home, Mooresville.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Bridge to Recovery Treatment Center, 2111 Stafford Street Extension, Monroe, NC 28110.
