William Edward Di Giacomo, 62, formerly of Connecticut, passed away, Thursday, November 18, 2021.

Bill was born October 13, 1959, in Hartford, Conn., and was the son of the late Martin John Di Giacomo and Elizabeth Linnon Di Giacomo. He was a graduate of South Catholic High School in Connecticut and was retired from U.S. Post Office. Bill loved the sports and being outdoors.

He is survived by two sisters, Susan Di Giacomo of Statesville, N.C., and Elizabeth Di Giacomo of North Carolina; four brothers, Martin Di Giacomo of Norh Carolina, Michael Di Giacomo of Florida, Stephen Di Giacomo of North Carolina, and James Di Giacomo of South Carolina; three nieces, Angela Van Drake of Statesville, N.C., Becca Di Giacomo of Connecticut, and Julie Di Giacomo of Connecticut; and two nephews, Steve Di Giacomo of Connecticut and James Di Giacomo.

A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
