Albert Michael Buda, 79, of Mooresville, N.C., passed away on Monday, November 28, 2022.

He was born on February 10, 1943 in Blandburg, Pa., to the late Albert and Mary Louise Parascak Buda. Mr. Buda was retired from General Motors and a member of St. Therese Catholic Church in Mooresville. He enjoyed working on cars, walking, and traveling.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Carey Marie Buda; and brother, John Buda.

He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Pauline Campbell Buda; son, Craig Buda and wife Julie; grandchildren, Corinne, Charlie, and Mia; brother, Stephen Buda and wife Becky; sister, Kathryn Setter; and several nieces and nephews.

A Memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, December 5, at Cavin-Cook Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Mark Lawlor officiating. A reception will follow the service in the Heritage House of Cavin-Cook Funeral Home.
