Anne Montgomery Cloaninger, 87, of Mooresville, N.C., passed away Monday, November 21, 2022, at Heritage Place of Statesville, N.C., after an extended illness. Anne was born on December 25,1935, to the late Emory and Edith Montgomery.

She was an avid seamster and a member of Prospect Presbytery Church.

In addition to her parents, she has preceded death by one son, Riley Morris.

Those left two cherish her memory include one daughter, Mary Thompson and husband Steve of Hiddenite; one grandchild, Sean Radford and wife Jennifer; and two great-grandchildren, Austin Radford and wife Brook, and Hayden Radford.

Funeral Services will be conducted Friday, November 25, 2022, at 3 p.m. at Prospect Presbyterian Church in Rowan County. Rev. Will Gipe and Pastor Justin Woolledge will officiate. The Family will receive friends from 2 to 3 p.m. at the church. Burial will follow the service at Church Cemetery.
