Helen Rebecca Perry, 89, of Statesville, N.C., passed away on July 21, 2022, at her home. Helen was born September 9, 1932, to Claude Morris and Nettie Morrow Morris Adams.

Helen was preceded in death by her parents; spouse, Alvin G. Perry; son, Mike Perry; brother, Jasper Morris; and sister, Virginia Kerr.

Helen is survived by her daughter, Sandy (Dwight) Fraver of Statesville; son, Tim (Janet) Perry of Carolina Beach; daughters-in-law, Debbie Perry and Jodi Perry; grandchildren, Crystal (Ryan) Douglas, David (Tracie) Perry, Will (Amanda) Perry, Niki (Brett) Goodman, Jeremy (Ashley) Thompson, Eric (Courtney) Thompson, Daniel (Janie) Perry, Kelsey Perry, Kitty (Mark) McFarlin, Cheri Poss, Brooke Poss, Shawn (Erin) Faver, Amanda Crawly, and James (Stephanie) Wix; and 23 great-grandchildren.

Helen retired from Troutman Shirt Company and attended Ostwalt Baptist Church, where she loved to worship the Lord.

A visitation will be held Tuesday, July 26, 2022, from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. at Ostwalt Baptist Church with a funeral service officiated by Preacher Kevin Morris starting at 1:30 p.m. Burial will follow at Iredell Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Iredell County.
