Judith “Judy” Ann Probst Stone, 77, of Statesville, N.C., passed away on October 28, 2022, at Gordon Hospice House. Judy was born on June 7, 1945, in Niles, Mich., to Harold and Fanny Molica Probst.

She met the love of her life, David Stone, at the age of 15 and they were married in 1964. She worked as a hand folder at Simplicity Pattern Co. and was also a beautician. She was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother, Gigi (great-grandmother), and friend. She enjoyed crocheting, playing dice, and even more so, she enjoyed family and loved the Lord.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and her brother, Jerry Probst.

She is survived by her brother, Tom (Sara) Probst; her three children, Penny (Frank) Zelasko, Susie (Donald) Munday, and Shannon Stone; nine grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Stone will be held in Buchanan, Mich.
