Lethia “Lea” Myers Marlow, 49, of Statesville, N.C., died Monday, September 26, 2022. She was born in Charlotte, N.C., to the late Richard Myers and Cathy Grant Myers.

Lea was a hostess at Applebee’s Restaurant. She was always a hard worker and enjoyed the beach, puzzle books, and Marilyn Monroe. More than anything she cherished her family, especially her grandkids, and the time spent with them at family dinners.

Survivors include a daughter, Theresa Patton (Jacob); a son, Robert Marlow II (Tasha); four grandchildren, Chelsea Patton, Kourtney Patton, Caleb Marlow, and Nova Marlow; four brothers, Cameron Myers (Amy), Robbie Myers (Leanne), Zachary Myers (Dana), and William Myers (Kristin); and uncles and aunts, Dale Grant, Karen Holt (Tim), and Carolyn Collier; and the father of her children, Robert Lee Marlow. Also surviving are her nieces and nephews, Brittney Myers Jones, Gracie Myers, Dustin Myers, Olin Myers, Morgan Myers, Paisley Myers, Preston Myers, Burke Myers and Leroy Myers.

A Gathering of Friends will be held Friday, September 30, 2022, at Nicholson Funeral Home from 2 to 4 p.m.
