Alfredo Quintero, 43, passed away March 18, 2023. He was born July 21, 1979, in Orange, Calif., to Jorge Quintero and Catalina Gonzalez.

Alfredo was a devoted father and his greatest accomplishment in life was being his children’s hero. He was an amazing soul. He was loving, caring and giving to family and friends. He was a best friend to everyone who met him. He loved his children and enjoyed taking them to school in the mornings when he could and helped coach the school’s soccer team. He loved his godchildren as his own. Alfredo was a very hard worker, but he also loved life and spending time with loved ones and travel. He had a great sense of humor and loved music. He was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, where he was a member of the Emmaus group.

Alfredo is survived by his parents; his wife, Sonia Quintero; son, Freddie Quintero; daughter, Amabella Quintero; brothers, Ricardo Quintero ( Diana), Jorge Quintero ( Mariana), Erik Quintero and Luis Quintero; sister, Martha Sotelo ( Lucio); and mother-in-law, Teresita Figueroa.

A visitation will be held from 4 to 9 p.m. Friday, March 24, 2023, at Nicholson Funeral Home. A funeral mass will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, March 25, 2023, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Salisbury with burial to follow at Sacred Heart Catholic Church Cemetery.
