Miss Allie Pearl Wilson, 77, the daughter of the late William Thomas Wilson and Elsie E. Perry Wilson, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, March 12, 2023, at Accordius Health in Mooresville, N.C. She was born in Colerain, N.C., and attended Colerain High School, and CG White School in Powellville, N.C. Allie worked the at Holiday Inn and attended St. Joseph Baptist Church, locally and Zion Will Baptist church, Colerain, N.C.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her brothers, Thomas Wilson Jr., Herman Wilson, William Henry Wilson, Melvin Wilson, and Eugene Wilson (Betty); sisters, Rose Lee Wilson, Dorene Wilson, Elsie Mae Wilson, and Allie Pearl Wilson; grandmother, M. Alice Perry; aunt, Christeen Perry; grandmother, Cowene Wilson; and a grandchild, Michael Bines Jr..
Allie leaves to cherish the memory of her life a son, James Wilson of Statesville; N.C., three daughters, Annette Wilson, Carolyn Ferguson (Bryant), and Angela Wilson (Corey Ivery), all of Statesville; grandchildren, Anthony Sharpe Jr., Adrian Wilson (Breanna McCrorey), Takiera Wilson, Perry Smith Jr., Jalisha Wilson, and Devon Wilson, all of Statesville; and great grandchildren, Zayvion Hart, Zahzeir Wilson, Morgyn Sharpe, Kinleigh Wilson, Alana Wilson, Kayan Stockton, and Kaslyn Wilson, all of Statesville;
A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, March 20, 2023, at Rutledge and Bigham Mortuary at 2 p.m. Burial will follow on Tuesday, March 21, 2023, in Colerain, N.C., in Bertie County.
