Carol Connor Brendell, 82, of Mooresville, N.C., passed away on Saturday, June 10, 2023. She was born September 7, 1940, in Shelby, N.C., to the late Frank D. Connor and Laura Frances Raymer Connor.

Carol was a homemaker. She enjoyed reading, politics, history, and crossword puzzles. She was an avid animal lover.

Carol is survived by her children, Laura Kennedy and husband Mike and Carrie Bryan and husband Scott; grandchildren, Michael Kennedy and wife Jessica and Holly Reid and husband Drew; great-grandchildren, Lilly and Emmy Reid and Miles and Mallory Kennedy.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, June 22, at 1 p.m. at Salisbury National Cemetery with Eddie Karriker officiating.
