Carolyn Weller Hall Dowse, 59, of Mooresville, N.C., passed away on Monday, September 4, 2023.

She was born on April 24, 1964, in San Jose, Calif., to Cheryl Allen Weller and the late Dennis J. Weller. Mrs. Dowse enjoyed going to the Renaissance Festival, riding motorcycles, travelling, and going to the mountains. She loved her family and friends and spending time with them.

In addition to her mother, Cheryl Smiley, she is survived by her husband, Robert Dowse; children, Sarah Hall, Jessica Snider, and Terry Hall; stepchildren, Roman Dowse and wife Kristen, Calvin Dowse, Robert Dowse, Shanta Smith and husband Zach; mother-in-law, Doris Fraley; and nine grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, September 10, from 2 to 3 p.m. at Cavin-Cook Funeral Home.
