Evangelist Mary Lois Wilson Parker, 89, departed this life on Sunday, December 17, 2023, at her residence. She was born on August 1, 1934, and was the daughter of the lat Herman Wilson and Odessa Sloan Wilson. She was married to the late Jesse Parker.

Celebration of Life services will be conducted Wednesday, December 27, 2023, at 1 p.m. at The Mary B. Bigham Memorial Chapel of Rutledge and Bigham Funeral Home, 603 S. Center Street, Statesville, N.C. Overseer Barbara Imes will officiate and Overseer G. A. Daniels will eulogize. Burial will follow in the Shepherd Church of God Cemetery in Mooresville with Pastor Jesse Rayvonne Parker conduct the final rites.

Evangelist Parker will remain at Rutledge and Bigham Funeral Home where members of the family will receive friends from 12 noon until 1 p.m. They will assemble at the residence, 178 Parkertown Road, Mooresville, N.C., at other times.
