Jeffrey Eugene Teeter, 53, of Mooresville, N.C., passed away on Monday, January 23, 2023. He was born on April 21, 1969, in Statesville, N.C., to Edgar Marshall Teeter (Nancy) and Darlene Caldwell Penninger (Richard).

He loved spending time outdoors hunting and fishing. Jeff was passionate about coaching his boys in every sport they were involved in. He enjoyed watching wrestling on TV with his dog by his side. He loved his family and will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his loving wife, Gina Harwell Teeter; sons, Hunter Teeter, and Noah Teeter; brother, Doug Teeter (Rebecca); step-brother, Ryan Penninger; step-sister, Brooke Edwards; niece, Anna Teeter; nephews, Davis Teeter, and Garrett Harrington; mother-in-law, Judy Harwell; and his beloved K-9 Nestle.

A gathering to celebrate his life will be held on Friday, January 27, 2023, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Cavin-Cook Funeral Home, Mooresville.
