Tristin Shane Tackett of Statesville, N.C., passed away at the age of 24 on October 25, 2023. Tristin was born along side his twin, Casey Tackett, on September 27, 1999, and was the son of Shannon Tackett Jr. and Frances Lowery Tackett.

He is survived by his brother, Jamie Allen Stanley; his two sons, Tristin Jr. and Cadence Tackett; and his daughter Stephanie Tackett. He loved his friends and his family, including close family friend, Linda Earnhardt, and he always had a great sense of humor.

Music was one of his many talents. Understanding word rhythm and writing was what he loved to do. Growing up, he was very close with his brother, Casey, spending almost everyday together since birth. There were endless possibilities of what to do and where to go; neither one was ever truly alone. Tristin always got along with everyone, showing respect, love, thoughtfulness, and making them laugh.

Camping almost every summer, visiting almost every Amusement Park on the East Coast, riding Harleys in the Blue Ridge Parkway, his life was full of color and experience already at his young age.

A truly unique son, brother, father. This is a terrible loss for the immediate family.
