Anne Elizabeth Mackie, 92, of Greensboro, N.C., and formerly of Statesville, N.C., passed away on Sunday, July 7, 2024. She was the wife of the late Samuel Mackie and the daughter of the late Dorsey Glen and Tossie Elvira Hunter Johnson.

A member of Broad Street United Methodist Church, Anne was retired as a loan officer in the banking industry.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, July 11, 2024, at 2 p.m. at Broad Street United Methodist Church with Rev. Jason Harvey officiating. Burial will follow in the Oakwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 1 until 2 p.m. in Memorial Hall at the church.
