Crystal Belle Conklin, 46, of Hiddenite, N.C., passed away Friday, November 8, 2024, at the Gordon Hospice House in Statesville, N.C., following a lifelong illness. She was born in Kansas City, Kan., on August 10, 1978, to the late Roger Dale Conklin and Deborah Sue Meissner Coffey.

She was a member of Rocky Face Baptist Church. Her dog, Scrappy, was her best friend whom she loved very much. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Jason Conklin; one sister, Beth Conklin; and her stepfather, Johnny Ray Coffey.

Survivors include three brothers, Jerry Coffey of Hiddenite, Steven Conklin, and wife Tamara of Virginia, as well as Roger Conklin and wife Sayward of Taylorsville, N.C.; three sisters, Chrissy White of Statesville, N.C., Misty Fox and husband Michael of Statesville, and Lori Coffey (Michael) of Hiddenite.

Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, November 12, 2024, at 3 p.m. at Rocky Face Baptist Church. Pastor Ryan Hodges will officiate. The family will receive friends from 2 to 3 p.m. at the church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
