Daniel “Danny” Calvin Lambert, 84, of Mooresville, N.C., passed away on Tuesday, January 23, 2024. He was born on November 7, 1939, in Wake Forest, N.C., to the late Homer Chalmers and Annie Mae Gunnell Lambert.

Danny was a graduate of Mooresville Senior High and worked for Piedmont Airlines as a Purser. Following Piedmont Airlines, he worked at Superba Print Works. Danny attended River Life Fellowship of Mooresville. He enjoyed music, but mostly he loved his family and friends.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sister, Carolyn “Dawn” Stutts.

Those left to cherish Danny’s memory are his brother, Larry Lambert and wife Barbara; nieces and nephews, Lane, Crystal, Jewel, James, Matthew, Stephen, and Michael; and numerous great nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, January 31, 2024, at the Heritage House of Cavin-Cook Funeral Home with Pastor Byron Wicker officiating. The family will receive friends following the service at the Heritage House.
