On January 5, 1959, the sun rose and Debbie’s journey on this earth began. On March 23, 2024, the sun set and her heavenly journey began.

Debbie Webster Queen was born to the late Carl Ray Webster and Norma Jean Webster in Riverside Calif. She was a loving mother and grandmother. Debbie enjoyed working in her garden and tending to her flowers. She was also an animal lover and loved taking care of her birds.

She is preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Larry Webster.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Lisa Upright (Eric) and Pamela DeShields (Chris); brother, Timothy Webster; sisters, Brenda Black and Alice Faye Price; three granddaughters; and two Grandsons.
