Deborah Lynne Stroud, 63, of Statesville, N.C., passed away unexpectedly at her home on Thursday, October 10, 2024. Debi was born in Wyoming on January 24, 1961, to the late Walter Dufur and Coleen Boothe Fisher.

She was of the Catholic Faith and was a supervisor with Hi-Tec Plating for 18 years. She enjoyed gardening, sunbathing, billiards, and spending time with her family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Jimmy Wayne Stroud, and one brother, Herkie Gore.

Survivors include her husband of 36 years, Tony Edward Stroud of the home; three sons, Teako Stroud and wife Karen of Statesville, Ivan Phillips and wife Melissa of Statesville, and Dallas Stroud of the home; two daughters, Michelle Tomlin of Statesville and Christina Phillips of Statesville; one brother, Lee Dufer and wife Kathy of Ariz.; twelve grandchildren, Janice Boothe and husband Trey, Hope Griffin, Hunter Stroud, Caleb Moose, Titus Stroud, Corbin Tomlin, Emma Nowlin, Joseph Nowlin, Jonah Phillips, Elijah Phillips, Isaiah Phillips, and Aubrey Cornell; two great-grandchildren, Braylee Anderson and Drew Boothe; and foster parents, Becky McMillin and Papa Doc McMillin of Ohio.
