Jeremy Tyler Anderson, 22, of Statesville, N.C., passed away on Thursday, July 11, 2024.
Jeremy was born on November 26, 2001, in Statesville to Desmond Canterbury and Crystal Anderson.
He was preceded in death his grandmother, Geneva K. Anderson; great great grandmother, Margaret Campbell; great great grandfather, Lonnie Anderson; great aunt, Annette Carter; great uncle, Charles Anderson; and great uncle, Donald Anderson.
He is survived by his mother, Crystal Anderson; step father, Abel Redman; father, Desmond Canterbury; sisters, Sierra Anderson and Rebecca Canterbury; brothers, David and DJ Canterbury; his son, Maverick; daughter, Delilah; fiancée, Madison Ballard; aunt, Jean O’Quinn; uncle, Gregory O’Quinn; and a hand full of cousins.
Jeremy graduated from North Iredell High School. He loved his family dearly and lost his life due to a sudden automobile accident.
A Celebration of Life will be held at St. James Episcopal Church in Mooresville, N.C., on July 27, 2024, from 1 to 3 p.m.
Jeremy was a loving father, companion, son and friend. He will be greatly missed.
