Mr. John Allen Thomas, 61, was born on May 30, 1963, and was the son of the late Edward Richard Thomas and Margaret Mozelle Roseboro Thomas. He passed away Thursday, December 26, 2024, at his residence in Salisbury, N.C.

John was preceded in death by his grandparents, Mose and Maggie Roseboro; brothers, Edward “Butchie” Thomas Jr. and Irvin Thomas; sisters, Diane Marie Thomas and Mary Frances Smith; one uncle, Jay Lee (Margaret E.) Roseboro; and aunts, Ola Mae Jordan, Marolyn Hamilton, Ida Louise Philips.

He was a member of Chestnut Grove Baptist Church. John will truly be missed.

He leaves to cherish the memory of his life are three brothers, James “Jimmy” W. Roseboro, Wallace Thomas and Tony Thomas; nephews and nieces, cousins, other relatives and friends.
