Marshall Eugene Crisco, 83, of Wadesboro, N.C., went to be with the Lord on Sunday, December 8, 2024. He was born on October 29, 1941, in Mooresville, N.C., to the late Walter Marshall Crisco and Miriam Burrell Crisco.
Mr. Crisco worked at Troutman Shirt Company, then moved to Wadesboro to work at Medical Specialties Manufacturing, and later retired from Brown Creek Correctional Facility in Wadesboro, where he was a correctional officer. He enjoyed traveling and going on vacations with his family, especially to the mountains. He loved bald eagles, Christmas time, racing, football, woodworking, and working on clocks.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Juanita Crisco; brother, Harrison Crisco; and son-in-law, Anthony “Tony” Coe.
He is survived by his daughters, Tina Crisco Coe, Renee Crisco Johnson, and Denise (Terry) Crisco Eudy; sister, Frances Crisco Barkley (Sonny); grandchildren, Amber Coe, Sara Coe Poole (Eric), and Christopher Hatfield; and nieces and nephews, Andrew Crisco (Rachel), Rodney Crisco, Johnathan Crisco, Marcia Perrell (Dean), and Trena Morrison (Chris).
The family will receive friends on Friday, December 13, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Cavin-Cook Funeral Home. Services will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday at the Chapel at Cavin-Cook Funeral Home with Pastor Justin Dunaway officiating.
Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
