Patricia Holler Burns, 83, of Statesville, N.C., passed away on Tuesday, September 10, 2024, at Iredell Memorial Hospital following a period of declining health. She was born in Iredell County on October 13, 1940, to the late Laurence Houston “Mutt” Holler and Carmen Pauline Morrow Holler.

She was a graduate of Celeste Henkel High School and a member of New Bethany Baptist Church. She was employed with Bell South Telephone Company for 33 years before retiring. Pat was married to Jerry M. Burns, who survives.

She is preceded in death by her brother, Larry Trent Holler.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son, Charles Todd Stewart (Cindy); a sister, Pamela Holler Messick (Paul); and a nephew, Kevin B. Drum.
