Patrick Joseph Morgan Jr., 74, of Mooresville, N.C., passed away on Saturday, June 22, 2024, at Glenwood Nursing and Rehabilitation.

He was born May 19, 1950, in Pennsylvania to the late Patrick Morgan Sr. and Lois Maukert Morgan. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his beautiful wife, Linda Morgan; and his four-legged children, Meadow, Trooper and Sunny.

Pat enjoyed watching the N.Y. Mets, N.Y. Jets and Notre Dame while drinking a cold one. His favorite pastimes included playing golf with his siblings and fishing. Pat enjoyed learning about nature and could tell you any facts you wanted to know, from the birds in North Carolina to how to help your garden grow. He loved his family very much, and his most enjoyable time was spent with his children and grandchildren.

Pat is survived by his children, Patrick J. Morgan III (Nicole), Barbara Morgan (Jackie), and Lynda Beerman (Joe); sisters, Mary Blanton (Stewart), Sheila Barney, and Kelly Morgan; brothers, Michael Morgan (Eileen), Dennis Morgan (Barbara), and Timothy Morgan (Kyong); grandchildren, Jaxon Morgan, Joey Beerman, Julie Warner, Jamie Warner, and Nichole Martino; great-grandchild, Carmella Martino; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Services will be held on July 13 at 1 p.m. at the home of Patrick and Nicole Morgan.
