Stephen Frantz Parker Sr., 74, of Mooresville, N.C., passed away on Wednesday, March 6, 2024, at his home.

He was born November 18, 1949, in Virginia to the late Ray D. Parker Sr. and Grace Frantz Parker.

Stephen served in the National Guard. He was an Insurance Manager before his retirement in 2014. He won many awards for his sales in insurance. He was an avid golfer and a lover of dogs. Stephen was a loving father and husband.

He is survived by his wife, Linda Blalock Parker; children, Stephen Parker Jr. (Lisa), Greg Parker (Meredith), Harry Pappas (Karen), and Tina Lien (David); brother, Ray D. Parker Jr.; sister, Mary Ellen Parker Sydnor; and grandchildren, Addison, Rowan, Zoe, Kristian, Brianna, Gralyn, and Ava.

A Celebration of Stephen’s Life will be held at a later date.
