Theodore Duane Bugbee, 76, of Statesville, N.C., and formerly of Fort Payne, Ala., passed away on Wednesday, April 17, 2024 at his residence. Theodore was born in Fremont, Mich., on October 23, 1947.

He retired from the United States Army after 30 years of service.

Theodore was preceded in death by his wife Brigitte Bugbee. Theodore is survived by his son, Brian Bugbee; his daughter, Tracy Bugbee Payne; his grandson, Conner Payne; and his brother, Clayton Bugbee.

The family will hold a Memorial Service at a later date.
