Thomas Nelson Tomlin II, 52, of Statesville, N.C., went to be with his Lord on Friday, June 14, 2024, at The Valley Nursing Center in Taylorsville, N.C.
Born in Statesville on September 14, 1971, he was the son of Thomas N. Tomlin and Sue Harrison Tomlin. He was preceded in death by his parents and both of his brothers, Wesley and Bradley Tomlin.
Tommy was like a child and suffered more than imaginable over the past few years, but he loved Jesus with an innocent, sweet childlike faith. Great is his reward!
We would like to acknowledge and thank the many wonderful nurses, caregivers, and staff at The Valley Nursing Center who became family to Tommy.
There will be a graveside service on Wednesday, June 26, 2024, at 3 p.m. at Oakwood Cemetery.
A private viewing is available for the family immediately before the service at Bunch-Johnson Funeral Home.
