Timothy “Tim” Perna Stallings, 63, of Mount Ulla, N.C., passed away on Sunday, July 14, 2024. He was born on January 31, 1961, in Mecklenburg County, N.C., to the late Herbert Alton Stallings and Lillian Ann Mullis Stallings.

Tim enjoyed watching NASCAR, riding his Harley Davidson and working on his ’69 GTO. His children and grandchildren were his pride and joy. Family meant everything to him. He loved giving to others and was a hard worker. Tim was known as “Mr. Fix It.” He was loved by his family and will be greatly missed.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Richard Alton Stallings.

Those left to cherish Tim’s memory are his loving wife, Linda Moose Stallings; daughters, Michele Lee Thomas (Michael), Amanda Gail Sullivan (Neal), Gina Faye Ripley (Jay), and Brittany Ann Romines (Keith); grandchildren, Christian Blake Thomas, Matthew Perna Thomas, Cameron David Thomas, Sadie Lain Whitehead, Jackson Read Ripley, Jordan Lee Ripley, and Joelle Anne Ripley; and great grandchildren, Laney LeAnn Thomas, Ryder Perna Thomas, Dallas Thomas Overcash.

A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. on Sunday, July 21, 2024, at the chapel of Cavin-Cook Funeral Home, Mooresville with Chaplain Russell Files officiating.

Flowers to plant are preferred for a memory garden.
