Alana Marie Ross, 72, passed away Wednesday, April 2, 2025. Alana was born In Baltimore, Md., on June 11, 1952, to the late Alan Gerald King and Patricia King.
Alana’s love for her children was the very center of her world. Her face would light up with pure joy every time they came to visit—those moments were her greatest treasures. Her warmth and radiant smile made everyone around her feel instantly at home.
Alana found joy in crossword puzzles, always eager to crack the next clue. She had a special appreciation for beautiful things. Whether it was a new piece of jewelry or freshly painted nails, those little luxuries brought her great happiness.
Left to cherish her memory is her daughter, Dawn Collins; sons, Roman Brendle Jr., Thomas Crist ( Maria) and James Crist; grandchildren, Scott Acre (Shyla) , AngelAnn Lowman, Piper Lowman, Jacob Dale Brendle, Thomas Crist, Tyler Crist, and Tobias Crist; and great grandchild, Adelaide.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 12, 2025, at Nicholson Funeral Home chapel.
