Ms. Barbara Ann Turner, beloved daughter of the late Paul Turner and Betty Ann Carpenter Turner, was born June 18, 1949. She departed this life at her home on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, following an extended illness.

Celebration of Life Services will be conducted on Saturday, March 1, 2025, at 11 a.m. at Christian Outreach of the Piedmont. Bishop Glenn J. Usry is Pastor and Pastor Robert Williams, Pastor of Williams Memorial CME Church in High Point, will officiate. Burial will follow in the Freedom Presbyterian Church Cemetery. Ms. Turner will remain at Rutledge and Bigham Funeral Home until taken to the church to lie in state at 10 a.m.
