Erica Danielle Hoover, 39, of Stony Point, N.C., passed away unexpectedly on January 1, 2025, at her home. She was born November 23, 1985, in Iredell County to Robert Edward Hoover and Hilda Lackey Hoover of Stony Point.

Erica was preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Robert Hoover and Judy Alspaugh Hoover; and maternal grandparents, Jeff Lackey and Virginia Jones Lackey.

Survivors include two brothers, Bryan and Keith Hoover of Stony Point; and five nieces and nephews, Mayson Hoover, Kage Hoover, Brylynn Faith Hoover, Virginia Hoover, and Eva Hoover, whom she loved dearly.

Services will be announced at a later date.
